American Bar Association Appoints Mark A. Neubauer to Standing Committee on Publishing Oversight

Los Angeles, Calif. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Los Angeles Office Managing Shareholder Mark A. Neubauer has been appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA) Standing Committee on Publishing Oversight. He will begin a three-year term in August 2018.

The committee consists of 12 members tasked with examining and suggesting publishing policies and strategies to the Board of Governors and House of Delegates.

Neubauer will contribute policy oversight, supervision, and direction to the ABA’s publishing arm, working closely with organization leadership to develop initiatives that meet the changing needs of members, supply new or increased revenues, and support additional related goals, as well as implement any resulting publication policies.

Neubauer has previously served in several leadership positions with the ABA, including vice chair of the Standing Committee on Publications and a board of editors member for the association’s highly regarded magazine.
