Carlton Fields’ Christine Gant Named Chief Financial Officer

Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that Christine “Christy” Gant was named Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2021.

In this role, Gant oversees all aspects of the firm's finance functions, including financial recordkeeping, reporting and analysis, client billing, collections, and budgets and forecasts in support of the firm's financial and strategic objectives.

Gant was previously the firm’s Director of Finance for 21 years. She started her career at Carlton Fields in 1984 as a billing assistant, and has since served in positions of progressive responsibility within the firm’s finance department.

Gant earned her B.A., cum laude, in Accounting and her MBA from the University of South Florida. She is a certified public accountant.
