Carlton Fields Recognized in Vault’s 2024 Best Law Firms for Diversity

TAMPA, FL – Carlton Fields was recognized among Vault’s 2024 “Best Law Firms for Diversity.” The firm ranked in the top 20 for Racial and Ethnic Diversity and Diversity for Women, and in the top 25 for Overall Diversity.

According to Vault, Carlton Fields “is a leader in legal diversity, [having] been recognized for its diversity initiatives by such organizations as Human Rights Campaign and the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. The firm has also been a top-ranked firm for Overall Diversity by Vault each year since 2010.”

Vault’s 2024 rankings are derived from its Annual Associate Survey conducted from January 2023 through March 2023.
