Practice Experience
- Neil Kodsi is a member of the Firm's Products and Toxic Tort Liability Practice Group.
- Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Mr. Kodsi served as national trial counsel for a major tobacco company in smoking and health litigation, including all environmental tobacco smoke (second hand smoke) lawsuits that have been filed in the United States.
- Mr. Kodsi has extensive experience in litigating environmental and toxic torts cases, including several class actions. Mr. Kodsi's cases also often involve very complex scientific issues and he has worked extensively with experts in the fields of chemistry, toxicology, epidemiology, and biostatistics.
