Our Nonprofit Organizations Group has represented hospitals, universities, private foundations, public charities, government entities, religious organizations, school districts, trade associations and social organizations. We help non-profit organizations report to the public/government, obtain and maintain their tax exempt status, and manage their contractual relationships. We view our role as corporate and tax counsel to be a cooperative venture with your organization’s board members and management. We work together to identify issues and resolve them in a manner consistent with your organization’s concerns and goals. We will propose practical solutions, help develop a consensus among the decision-makers, and then implement the agreed-upon strategies.
