Paul Borr focuses his practice on complex civil litigation in state and federal court. He has particular experience representing health care facilities and health care providers in litigation matters related to Article X, Section 25 of the Florida Constitution, more commonly known as Amendment 7. He has additional experience drafting complex pre-trial motions relating to discovery issues, as well as case dispositive motions.
Mr. Borr graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law where he was awarded membership in The Order Of The Coif and named to the University of Miami Law Review.
