Penelope Dixon practices in products liability and general commercial litigation and handles all aspects in civil litigation in both state and federal court for both foreign and domestic clients. Her primary practice focuses on the defense of individual and mass tort personal injury and wrongful death actions involving products including, but not limited to, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, tobacco, automobiles, food and supplements. Additionally, she has extensive experience in representing mortgage lenders and creditors in lender liability, loan servicing, and mortgage foreclosure litigation. Ms. Dixon handles all aspects of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial litigation and has written and argued several summary judgments. Ms. Dixon also is an accomplished and frequently sought after writer and/or speaker on various topics, including removal and remand procedures, hot topics in products liability litigation, and trial strategies.
