Carlton Fields’ e-Discovery Task Force closely monitors developments in e-discovery issues, including the recent changes to the Federal Rules. Our Class Action Task Force is comprised of lawyers with extensive experience addressing the challenges of class action litigation. We regularly call on our Class Action Task Force to advise on class action litigation avoidance and steps to take when dealing with class actions.
