• Mr. Nettleton’s practice covers all areas of complex trial and appellate litigation, as well as administrative litigation and his experience includes practice in a broad spectrum of subject matter areas including insurance bad faith and other extra-contractual litigation, insurance coverage litigation, commercial litigation, civil RICO, software development, products liability, toxic torts, environmental permitting and litigation, environmental resources, employment, banking, construction, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, constitutional torts and civil rights, and defamation.
