  • Represented creditors in hundreds of complex commercial and problem residential foreclosures involving priority disputes, equitable subrogation claims, and challenges to loan documents and plaintiffs’ standing
  • Represented developers and homebuilders against purchasers seeking rescission of contracts, successfully enforcing developer/builder rights under the Interstate Land Sales Act, the Florida Condominium Act, and obtaining forfeitures of purchaser deposits and court-ordered dismissals
  • Represented national and regional commercial property owners in complex state and federal litigation involving lease enforcement and tenant disputes, bankruptcy, class actions, development consent litigation, zoning and code enforcement issues, intellectual property rights, government interaction, and First Amendment and public curfew issues
  • Represented title insurers recovering millions of dollars in stolen escrow funds in multiple defalcation actions, and assisted prosecutors in putting those responsible behind bars
  • Represented title insurers in more than 20 class actions across the country obtaining multiple denials of class certification and court-ordered dismissals
