Practice Experience

• Bob Gilbert is primarily engaged in the practice of bankruptcy law where he is experienced in representing creditors, landlords, franchisors, creditors committees, trustees, and debtors.
• A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to out of court workouts, compositions and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
• Mr. Gilbert has had substantial experience in general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving: commercial paper, secured lending and letters of credit.
• Mr. Gilbert Napper is the Firm's Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group Leader and is also a member of the Business Litigation and Trade Regulation practice group.
