Bob Gilbert is primarily engaged in the practice of bankruptcy law where he represents creditors, landlords, franchisers, creditors committees, trustees, and debtors. A significant portion of his practice is also devoted to out of court workouts, compositions, and assignments for the benefit of creditors.
Mr. Gilbert also has had substantial experience in general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, including matters involving: commercial paper, secured lending and letters of credit.
