Background

• Mr. Schwenke served on the faculty of the University of Florida College of Law for one year following his graduation, and has subsequently served on the Adjunct Faculty of Stetson University College of Law and the University of Miami College of Law Graduate Master of Laws in Real Estate Development Program.
• Mr. Schwenke is a Former Chair of the Firm’s Real Estate, Environmental, and Land Use Department in Tampa.
