Suzie Elinger's primary areas of practice include medical malpractice defense, general hospital representation, medical device defense, product liability defense, and representation of other health care clients.
In combining her nursing and legal experience, Ms. Elinger has developed extensive experience in the areas of OBRA and COBRA regulations, and Department of Health (DOH) proceedings.
Ms. Elinger is an Adjunct Professor at Stetson University College of law and has lectured extensively to a variety of health care providers, including nurses, physicians, and risk managers.
