Shellie Hammock’s practice focuses primarily on representing public and private companies in general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and regulation, and debt and equity financings. Ms. Hammock represents companies at all stages of development in a wide variety of industry sectors, including telecommunications, technology, financial services, restaurant and food service, business services and real estate.
Ms. Hammock counsels public companies on periodic reporting and securities compliance issues including filings required under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. She also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, fiduciary duty, and corporate structuring matters and often assists clients with drafting and negotiating operating contracts.
