  • Thomas Dye is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Trade Regulation and Insurance Practice Groups. He is a trial lawyer handling commercial, intellectual property, insurance, tax, telecommunications, and consumer class action cases.
  • Mr. Dye handles trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation in state and federal court.
  • He has litigates insurance coverage cases involving a wide variety of issues.
  • Mr. Dye is co-chair of the firm's Telecommunications and Technology Litigation Group. His telecommunications litigation practice includes issues related to Telecommunications Act of 1996, Federal Communications Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, public service tax assessments and audits; right-of-way, franchise, and easement issues; federal and state tariffs and billing; unsolicited faxes, trade secret and other intellectual property issues and contract disputes.
  • He has litigated numerous consumer class action cases for clients under a variety of causes of action including the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
