Tenikka Cunningham's primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation. Ms. Cunningham has extensive experience representing financial institutions in commercial and residential litigation proceedings, including foreclosures, collection litigation, and loan workouts.
Ms. Cunningham has experience in appellate law, and is a former staff attorney for Florida Supreme Court Justice Barbara J. Pariente during her term as Chief Justice. Ms. Cunningham is also a former intern for retired Florida Supreme Court Justice Leander J. Shaw, Jr.
