Alexandra Beguiristain

Ally Beguiristain counsels financial services clients in regulatory matters involving state and federal insurance and securities laws. She has extensive insurance regulatory, compliance, and transactional experience, including advising business teams and general counsel on commercial transactions; managing corporate structuring and governance matters; drafting policies and advising on privacy, marketing, and risk management; and managing private equity M&A deals from the initial negotiations to closing.

Prior to joining the firm, Ally worked as an insurance regulatory and transactional associate attorney for a global investment firm serving the life, health, and property and casualty insurance markets.
