Overview

Jason Bullinger focuses his practice on construction litigation. He represents contractors, developers, and design professionals in construction-related claims and disputes. Jason has years of experience representing both multifamily and single-family homebuilders in some of the various types of litigation they face, including defect claims, contract disputes, property damage and injury cases, and warranty claims.

Jason also has experience representing both private and public sector clients against claims of premises liability, auto negligence, and various tort claims. His specific experience includes trucking accidents and claims investigations, school bus accident cases, and company vehicle accidents, which all include significant and catastrophic injuries as well as wrongful death claims.

Prior to entering law school, Jason served his community as a deputy sheriff at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office for nearly 10 years.
