• Thomas Snow practices in the area of secured financing, including real estate financing, accounts receivable, inventory and equipment financing, Articles 8 and 9, debt subordination, participations and joint loans, intercreditor agreements, guaranties, fraudulent conveyances, interest/usury, legal opinions, lender liability and workouts.
• Mr. Snow has represented both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of financing transactions and workouts, including commercial mortgage loans, asset-based loans, leveraged buy-outs and project financings.
