Yolanda Paschal handles a wide variety of complex business litigation matters ranging from aviation-related tort litigation to commercial foreclosures. Ms. Paschal is involved in all aspects of litigation, which includes drafting of pleadings, case dispositive motions, and discovery; attending hearings; and negotiating settlements.
Ms. Paschal is active in the South Florida legal community. She currently serves as the secretary of the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association and as director on the Board of the Young Lawyers Section for the Dade County Bar Association.
