This seminar will present a wide-ranging variety of legal issues encountered by coastal users, regulators, and special interest groups, as well as offer a detailed overview of the permitting process and ways to resolve problems with competing uses of marine waters. 

Attorney James Parker-Flynn, program co-chair, will speak on the topic of preparing for future litigation of the marine industry. 

Attorneys Aaron Dunlap and Henry Wulf will also participate in a legal and regulatory update session that discusses case law updates, avulsion, and accretion.
