Carlton Fields Environmental Lawyer Quoted in Articles on Federal Regulations
Carlton Fields attorney Neal McAliley was quoted in two Bloomberg Law articles about litigation surrounding environmental regulations.
In one piece, “EPA’s Wheeler Left to Solve Pruitt’s ‘Rubik’s Cube’ of Lawsuits, Rules,” McAliley told a reporter the Trump Administration’s efforts to undo Obama-era environmental regulations have created uncertainty that is “unlikely to be resolved for years to come.” In the second article, “Groundwater Pollution ‘Spaghetti Jungle’ Tees Up High Court Review,” McAliley explained where the courts stand on the scope of the Clean Water Act.
