No Clarity in Sight for “Waters of the United States”

Carlton Fields environmental lawyer Neal McAliley authored an article about uncertainty surrounding the jurisdiction of the Clean Water Act for Trends, the ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Newsletter. The law extends to all “waters of the United States,” a phrase that has long created legal conflicts, McAliley wrote.
