Carlton Fields’ Financial Services - Regulatory practice group leader Ann Young Black and Associates Jamie Bigayer and Adriana A. Perez were quoted in a Life Annuity Specialist article about a newly finalized New York rule regulating sales of life insurance and annuities. The attorneys noted that while the rule was generally favorable for insurers, certain provisions might not be “realistic or comprehensive,” according to the article.
