The article dives deep into the former federal prosecutor’s insights into cybersecurity, and how his extensive experience aids companies and his clients in his new role in private practice.  
 
Yaeger offers his outlook on the authoritative bodies that oversee cybersecurity cases and the coordination (or separation) of states’ cybersecurity rules and regulations, as well as the cybersecurity challenges companies confront, such as working with the federal government during security incidents, communication between in-house lawyers and chief information security officers, company and employee asset storage, and international privacy laws.
