Carlton Fields blockchain attorney Andrew “Drew” Hinkes was quoted in cryptocurrency publications’ coverage of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s first-ever approval of a public sale of digital tokens. Cryptocurrency startup Blockstack cleared a big hurdle by obtaining SEC approval for its security token offering, and it paved the way for other startups to do the same, Hinkes told The Tokenist and Decrypt.
