Media Spotlights Carlton Fields’ Client Win in Complex Title Dispute

In August, Carlton Fields announced that a dispute involving title to the Sea Bonay Beach Resort property in Hillsboro Beach, Florida (Broward County), was conclusively resolved in favor of firm clients BNH IV HM TRI LLC (BNH) and 1159 Hillsboro Mile LLC (1159) [BH3 affiliates].
 
Chris Smart, a Carlton Fields shareholder representing BH3, shared with the media that this was an important victory for the real estate and development industries in Florida. The South Florida Real Deal and Daily Business Review (subscription may be required) reported on the victory.
