Carlton Fields insurance attorney Barry Leigh Weissman co-authored an article in Insurance Journal outlining what businesses need to do to prepare for the United Kingdom withdrawing from the European Union. The article explains the regulatory regimes that will affect companies planning to do business in the U.K. after Brexit occurs, which is now expected to be in January 2020.
