Carlton Fields’ Executive Director – Financial Services Consulting Brian Olasov authored an article in Foresight titled, “Institutionalized Commercial Real Estate: Future Implications,” forecasting the future of the commercial real estate finance industry.

Olasov opines about the trends that are affecting the industry, including accepting institutionalized commercial real estate as an asset class, delving deep into the data that’s now available, and analyzing what people do with their debt proceeds.

Olasov advises that politics can also affect outlook, particularly when policy problems aren’t clarified and then become business issues.
