In “Coronavirus 'Brutal' for Real Estate Transactions as Lenders Hit Brakes on Financing,” Weede explained that real estate transactions are at a standstill because of a lack of financing. The article “South Florida Builders Active, But Pipeline Stalls Amid Coronavirus” quoted Weede’s thought leadership about force majeure provisions in contracts for real estate owners and operators.
