Carlton Fields blockchain attorney Andrew (Drew) Hinkes was quoted in Decrypt discussing the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s closely-watched litigation against Telegram over its fundraising for its blockchain network.

“The U.S. regulatory approach to selling instruments for fundraising is of tremendous importance to the entire industry,” Hinkes told the publication.
