Carlton Fields technology and privacy attorney Steven Blickensderfer was quoted in a CoinDesk article about the new California Privacy Rights Act and its potential effect on cryptocurrency exchanges.

“In effect, the CPRA may force exchanges to look globally and think holistically about their privacy compliance, which may not be a bad thing after all,” Blickensderfer told the publication.
