Carlton Fields litigator Donald Kirk was quoted in a Daily Business Review/ article discussing his experiences using Zoom for court proceedings during the pandemic.

“The worst thing that can happen is a technical issue disrupting flow in a trial. So practice makes perfect, as they say,” Kirk said. “Conduct a few dry runs and make sure everyone on your team does the same.”
