Carlton Fields appellate attorney Jeffrey A. Cohen was quoted in a Law.com article about a trend of appellate lawyers serving as members of trial teams.

“Our jobs when we go to trial … is to help trial lawyers anticipate these issues, and to make appropriate objections to preserve that issue for appeal,” Cohen said.
