Pregnant Workers Fairness Act Reintroduced

Carlton Fields labor and employment attorney Rae T. Vann was quoted in a SHRM article about the recently reintroduced Pregnant Workers Fairness Act. At least 31 states and the District of Columbia have passed similar laws addressing workplace pregnancy accommodations, Vann said.
