Carlton Fields’ Senior Government Consultant, Erin VanSickle, was quoted in a Law360 article, “Florida Insurance Crisis Needs Litigation Reform, Experts Say.”

Florida lawmakers will meet later this month for a special session focused on tackling property insurance issues in the state that has pushed some insurance companies to stop underwriting or into insolvency, and has increased homeowners' premiums.
