Ellyn Garofalo and Amir Kaltgrad Appellate Win Published as Daily Journal Top Verdict

The Daily Journal featured Ellyn Garofalo’s and Amir Kaltgrad’s recent win in California DIU Lawyers Association et al. v. California Department of Motor Vehicles et al., in its list of top verdicts. Garofalo and Kaltgrad represented the California DIU Lawyers Association (CDLA), who sued the DMV alleging several causes of action, including violation of due process rights.
