Justin Peters was quoted in a Law360 article titled “3 Upcoming Wage-Hour Oral Arguments to Watch.” The article discusses three upcoming appellate matters addressing arbitration of sick pay and wage statement claims and expense reimbursements for pizza delivery drivers. Peters discussed a Ninth Circuit case grappling with the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling on arbitration in Viking River Cruises Inc. v. Moriana, following the California Supreme Court's departure from that decision in Adolph v. Uber Technologies.

"We saw earlier this year California courts of appeal were quick to reject Viking River," said Peters. "It would be surprising if the Ninth Circuit did not also fall in line with that litany of cases."
