Tampa, Fla. – Carlton Fields is pleased to announce that corporate and tax attorney William G. Najmy has joined the firm as an associate in its Tampa office. He is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice.
Najmy advises clients in all areas of tax and transactional planning, including corporate planning, estate planning, and tax-exempt organizations. He drafts related planning documents, such as LLC operating agreements, corporate shareholder agreements, wills, trusts, and advance medical directives. Najmy’s practice also focuses on emerging tax and legal technology, particularly the taxation and public policy concerns related to cryptocurrency transactions.
Najmy earned his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, his J.D. from Stetson College of Law, and his B.F.A. from the University of Central Florida.
