Los Angeles, Calif. – Benjamin Mandel has joined Carlton Fields as an associate in the firm’s Business Litigation Practice Los Angeles, California.
Mendel handles complex litigation in state and federal court for matters involving breach of contract, fraud, various business disputes, and real estate. Prior to joining Carlton Fields, Mandel served as a judicial extern for the New York State Supreme Court and as a law clerk for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
While earning his J.D. from the Washington University School of Law, Mandel served as the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society co-founder and president. He earned his M.A. in Sports Industry Management from Georgetown University, and his B.A. from the University of California, Los Angeles.
