Alix Cohen advises clients on general commercial litigation matters, including white collar criminal defense, health care fraud, misappropriation of trade secrets and intellectual property, and first amendment and defamation litigation. She also is developing her practice in appellate law and trial support.
While in law school, Ms. Cohen served as a judicial intern for The Honorable Chris M. McAliley, and as a law clerk for the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Appellate Division, where she prepared nine appellate briefs on various sentencing issues. She was an editorial board member of the University of Miami Law Review and earned numerous academic honors, graduating as valedictorian of her class.
