Chris S. Coutroulis and Julianna Thomas McCabe Quoted in Inside Counsel about Carlton Fields’ Class Action Survey

Carlton Fields’ Shareholders Chris Coutroulis and Julianna Thomas McCabe were quoted in Inside Counsel’s article, “With Class Actions Getting Pricier, Companies Are Adopting New Tactics.”

McCabe, who heads the firm’s national class actions practice, said one way corporate counsel manage class actions is by using early case assessment. “Early case assessment remains a key strategy. The data indicate that companies now recognize this fact almost universally,” she said.
