Gregory Boulos represents global and national companies in high-stakes mass tort and products liability litigation, commercial litigation, insurance litigation, and intellectual property litigation.

Notably, Mr. Boulos is the lead attorney for a global chemical manufacturer in all asbestos personal injury cases filed in Miami-Dade County and the Southern District of Florida. He plays a critical role in managing and developing defense strategies for all of their Florida cases and is regularly involved in the company's cases pending in jurisdictions throughout the country. Mr. Boulos also has litigated products liability and personal injury matters on behalf of international pesticide manufacturers, oil field product manufacturers, construction product manufacturers, raw material suppliers, general contractors, and national retailers.

In addition to his mass tort, products liability, and personal injury practice, Mr. Boulos represents national insurers in bad faith and other insurance actions; national companies in trademark infringement and other intellectual property matters; and international and regional companies in commercial litigation.

Mr. Boulos has been recognized as a Legal Elite Up and Comer by Florida Trend and received the Daily Business Review's Most Effective Lawyer award for his products liability practice. He also is a member of United Way's Miami-Dade Young Leader's Committee and has worked on a number of pro bono matters on behalf of individuals and families who could not otherwise afford legal representation.
