Of Counsel

Henry Reitzenstein’s comprehensive tax planning practice addresses sophisticated wealth transfer techniques; income, estate, and gift tax planning; and philanthropic endeavors. He also advises on executive compensation planning, such as equity-based compensation; incentive bonus plans; tax and ERISA issues; and employment, partnership, limited liability company and severance agreements.

Mr. Reitzenstein’s clients include high-net-worth individuals, closely-held businesses, corporate executives, charitable foundations, and not-for-profit organizations. He counsels on a wide variety of business matters, including business formation, restructuring, reorganization and dissolution; retirement planning, pension, and profit sharing; federal income and estate tax matters; wealth planning; and organizing and qualifying charitable foundations.
