Menasche M. Nass

Menasche Nass represents high-net-worth executives, entrepreneurs, and families and the enterprises they run. He provides his clients with a wide range of services including tax and estate planning, and counsels them on acquiring and disposing of business interests; structuring closely-held entities; negotiating employment contracts; IRC Section 83; and stock grants.

He advises on tax-related activities including income tax planning, gift and generation-skipping transfer taxation, asset planning, life insurance planning, and various types of property transfers.

Mr. Nass has negotiated and structured transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, related to diverse assets such as art, intellectual property, airplanes, and yachts. He has handled some of the world’s largest art purchases. He works to achieve maximum tax advantages for his clients.
