Paul G. Williams

Paul Williams defends financial services institutions in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts throughout the United States. He has experience in a number of substantive areas, including contract law, common law fraud and misrepresentation claims, RICO, and a variety of regulatory and statutory violations. On these large-scale cases, Mr. Williams has drafted dispositive motions, managed electronic discovery, and conducted and defended depositions. In addition, Mr. Williams has experience enforcing contractual agreements against delinquent debtors. Mr. Williams is also dedicated to representing clients on a pro bono basis, with experience in asylum proceedings before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and trying cases in D.C. Family Court.
