Asset Management

Once our clients’ real estate investments are onboarded, Carlton Fields attorneys provide ongoing legal assistance in connection with their management of those assets. Institutional lenders seek our advice when presented with difficult loan servicing requests or when they require assistance with loans in danger of default. We provide value to our clients that own commercial and industrial buildings by implementing and executing principled leasing programs. Our clients turn to us when thorny land use and environmental issues arise, or when careful tax planning or strategizing is required. Condominium associations and resort developers seek our advice to address project issues. We maintain institutional knowledge of our clients' priorities and procedures, and provide tailored, customer-oriented services.
