Overview
Nader Amer’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, securities and derivative litigation, and bankruptcy. He has experience in a wide range of business disputes, including shareholder derivative actions, disputes related to mergers and acquisitions, directors and officers advancement actions, and noncompete disputes.
Admitted to the bar in Florida and Delaware, Nader has a background in corporate reorganizations. He has litigated on behalf of multimillion-dollar unsecured creditors in Chapter 11 reorganizations, including midstream contract counterparties and commercial tort claimants. His corporate reorganization experience also includes representing Chapter 11 debtors in possession, equity committees, lenders, and other parties. Nader is also proficient in Spanish and Arabic.
