Overview
Niko Athanas is a litigator whose practice focuses on the areas of construction and business litigation. He represents general contractors, subcontractors, and manufacturers in litigation involving construction defects, impact and delay claims, construction liens, and contract disputes.
Niko received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, where he was a member of the moot court team and editor of the Florida State University Law Review. He was also an intern to the Honorable Jill A. Pryor of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
